72: blossoming

this is my favorite tree in our yard during late winter/early spring, so that's why it has been showing up repeatedly recently... and will probably be seen a few more times.

In my second attempt at a 365 project, I hope to grow even more with my camera (and new lenses!) by capturing native and cultivated plant life throughout the year in the Central VA region.

I am including fungi and other microflora in this project as well, just to keep things interesting. I will also try to include identification and links to more information as much as possible.
